Coping during a crisis

Hi, all!

I assume you are staying in your home like I am to help prevent the spread of this awful virus. For those of you who have to leave home for work, especially all our healthcare providers and essential services workers, stay safe and THANK YOU!!!

So what do we do now? Lots of phone calls with relatives and friends. Lots of hand washing and sanitizing. Regular walks outside when the weather is nice to get some fresh air and sunshine while maintaining a safe distance from others. Watching plants begin to reemerge from their winter sleep. Cancelling all plans for travel, including a long-anticipated trip to Rome.

Life in limbo.

Over at our cozy FB group, Dominus Playroom, (link to group in the blog main menu), I’m giving away a free eBook of any one of my novels or novellas. It’s a wee gesture in the grand scheme of things, but I can share words. Come join us and claim a book if you need one.

Also, I’ll be releasing the completed Saturnalia short story, His Lion in Winter, as part of a group giveaway in early April, 2020. I’ll be sharing the link to the story through our newsletter, so be sure to sign up for the newsletter if you haven’t already. Again, this story is free.

Production of the audiobook of Games of Rome continues, so there’s that to look forward to as well.

I hope everyone is healthy and safe. Love to you all!
JPK xoxo
