As my RL obligations settle down a bit, words are being written, art is being made, and things are going to get busy here again on the blog. I’ll be posting more writing, art, and history factoid stuff more often as we gear up for the release of Book 3 later this year. \o/
Here’s a wee gem I ran across the other week — a fabulous Roman baked clay rooftile from Italy with the footprints and inscribed names of 2 slaves… 2 literate slaves who captured a moment (and perhaps friendship? love?) in 100 BC and, by doing so, claimed their immortality.
